Description

This is a 17th-century barn located immediately to the east of Evergreen Oak. It is timber-framed and weatherboarded, topped with a thatched roof. The barn consists of two bays and features arched braces that have a matching multiple curve to the tie-beam of the open truss. It has a side purlin roof with additional queen-struts. The timbering is irregular but substantial. This barn is included for its group value context.
