Description

Lowners Close and Lowners Close Cottage are a pair of estate cottages built around 1860. They are two storeys tall with painted brick walls and a slated roof. The eaves feature a dentil design that continues around the gables. The chimneys have moulded caps and include dentil sunk panels made of red and white brick. The windows are segmental-headed casements that incorporate wrought iron diamond and oblong patterned lights. The entrance doors are boarded, have semi-circular heads, and are topped with stone drum canopies.
