Description

The Moat House is a house dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It has one and a half storeys and attics, featuring red brick walls with timber-framed and rendered gables. The roof is covered with Roman pantiles and includes gable and axial chimneys. Gabled dormers are present, along with 18th-century mullioned and transomed casements, as well as 20th-century casements. The building was possibly an outbuilding to Little Saxham Hall before being converted into a dwelling. It underwent modernization around 1980.
