Description

Holytree Cottage is a pair of estate cottages built around 1830 in the Gothic style. The structure features two-storey wings on either side of a 1½ storey central section. The walls are made of gault brick, and the roofs are slated with gabled dormers. The ground floor bay windows have wrought iron casements and hipped stone roofs with chamfered angles. The first floor casements are framed with stone surrounds and have labelled heads. There is a gabled open front entrance porch with a slated roof and a boarded door.
