Description

This is a house located at 3 Barnham Road, dating from the early 19th century. It is one-and-a-half storeys tall and constructed from flint, featuring a red brick string course, rusticated quoins, and ornamental diamond patterns in each gable end. The roof is covered with black-glazed double Roman tiles and has high brick copings at the gables. There is an internal chimney stack with a plain high red brick shaft. The house has three-light small-paned casement windows and two gabled dormers. The central entrance is a half-glazed door situated under a gabled porch roof that is plaintiled.
