Description
21 Blanch Croft is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with some stone dressings and features a plain tile roof with a brick gable stack on the north side, along with a dentilled eaves band. The building has two storeys and two bays.
The entrance is marked by an off-centre doorcase that includes a moulded architrave, a flush panelled door, and a bracketed porch roof. The porch has a deep lintel adorned with three blind cusped roundels. On the south side of the door is an ogee headed stone bootscraper. To the north, there is a segment headed 2-light horizontal sliding glazing bar sash, while to the south, there is a similar 3-light window with a stone quoined doorcase leading into an alley that runs through the building. Above, there are two flat headed 2-light 20th-century glazing bar casements.
