Description

Nos. 4 and 5 The Street are a pair of estate cottages built in the mid-19th century. The cottages are two storeys high and constructed from knapped flint rubble with red brick dressings. They feature a hipped pantiled roof with two internal chimney stacks that have plain red brick shafts. The upper storey has a range of six 3-light small-paned 20th-century casement windows, while the ground storey has four windows and two half-glazed doors set in plain surrounds. These cottages are included for their group value.
