No.12 has a 4 window range: small-paned sashes in flush cased frames to the 2nd storey; long 2-light casements with a single horizontal bar to lights and stucco architraves with cornices to the 1st storey. A C20 shop front to the ground storey. No.13 has a 3-window range to the 2nd storey with 6-pane sashes, and a 4-window range to the 1st storey: sashes with a single vertical bar, all in flush cased frames. A C20 shop front on the ground storey. INTERIOR: although no features of interest visible inside, Nos 12 & 13 are of townscape value. Nos 12 & 13 were formerly listed separately.
