Description

Lovelands is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered house that stands two storeys tall. It features a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars, set in flush cased frames. The ground floor windows are three-light and do not have glazing bars. The central door has two vertical round-headed panels and is framed by a wood doorcase that includes a rectangular fanlight, fluted half columns, and a cornice. The roof is tiled and has a mansard design, with chimney stacks at either end. The front of the house is protected by iron posts and a rail. All the listed buildings in The Green form a group.
