Description

Colet's Well is a large 18th-century house that stands three storeys tall with a basement and features three windows. It has a hipped tiled roof and a 19th-century rendered front, which includes quoins and window surrounds. There are cill bands on the first and second floors. The side windows are tripartite late 19th-century sashes, while the central windows are single sashes. A projecting central porch adds to its architectural interest. The side elevations are made of brick, and there is some tile hanging at the back. All the buildings in The Green form a group.
