Description

Nos. 27 and 28 on The Street are a pair of cottages dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed with a timber frame and roughcast exterior, topped with clay pantiles. The cottages are two storeys high and feature two internal chimney stacks, along with a third stack on the west gable. Each storey has four two-light small-paned casement windows. There are three plank doors, and both the doors and the ground storey windows are adorned with lead-covered, slightly projecting moulded architraves.
