Description

This is a small headstone located immediately to the south of the previous item in St. Peter's Churchyard. It dates from the late 17th century and features a plain design with an ogee head. The inscription on the gravestone reads: 'HERE LIETH THE BODY OF EDMUND THE SON OF WILLIAM SAKINS AND MARGERET HIS WIFE WHO DEPARTED THIS LIFE THE 14 DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1682.'
