GV II

House. C19 with possible C17 core. One-and-a-half storeys and attics. Flint rubble with quoins of red brick. Thatched roof with eyebrow casement dormer; a hipped 1-storey section to right. Gable chimney, possibly C17 of red brick. 2-light, C19 small-pane casements; a single-light iron casement with diamond panes. C20 thatched lean-to entrance porch, weather-boarded, with boarded entrance door. Perhaps originally one house with No.32. The Street, undergoing major alterations and sub-division in C19. Included for group value.
