STOWUPLAND SAXHAM STREET Star Orchard

House, C17 or earlier. One storey and attics. 2-cell plan. Timber-framed and plastered; the front elevation has false mid C20 half timbering. Thatched roof; an axial chimney of early C17 or late C16 buff narrow bricks. C20 casements with leaded glazing. A flat-roofed 1 storey mid C20 extension to left and another to right with recessed entrance porch. Interior not examined.
