Description

Doles Farmhouse is a former farmhouse dating from the early 17th century. It is two storeys tall and has a two-cell end-chimney plan. The building is timber-framed and plastered, topped with a thatched roof. There is an internal end chimney at the north gable, which has a truncated shaft made of 20th-century red brick. The farmhouse features an early 19th-century small pane sash window and various casement windows. At the south end, there is a 20th-century extension with a pantiled roof and a recessed entrance porch. The interior has not been examined.
