Description
This is a 17th-century house, altered in the 20th century, located approximately 80 meters west of Ivy House Farm House. It has a timber frame with a plastered exterior and a thatched roof. The building consists of three cells and is one storey high with an attic. The entrance is through a 20th-century flat-roofed porch positioned to the left of the center in a cross passage. The house features scattered 19th and 20th-century glazing bar casements and has an axial ridge stack located to the right of the center between the hall and parlour. The gable ends reveal exposed plates and purlins, and there are attic lights and a lean-to outshut on the right end. At the rear, there is a boarded door in the cross passage position and an oven projection behind the stack. The interior has not been inspected.
