Description
Pond Farm House is a 17th-century building that has been altered in the 20th century and is now divided into two dwellings. It features a timber frame that is cement rendered and has a thatched roof. The house follows a two-cell lobby entry plan and stands two storeys tall. The central entrance has a boarded door, flanked by three-light part opening metal frame glazing bar casements. There is a central axial ridge stack that has been rebuilt at the cap. The gable ends reveal exposed plates and purlins, and there is a lean-to outshut on the left end. At the rear left, there is another boarded door. The interior has not been inspected.
