2/96 Barn, 20m west of Oaktree - Farmhouse

GV II Barn, probably C17. 3 bays. Timber-framed, part weatherboarded and part plastered on laths, part renewed in corrugated iron. Slated roof, once thatched. A set of 4 boarded barn doors at centre of east side. A C19 rear lean-to under a catslide roof. Interior not examined: included for group value.
