Description

Oaktree Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with the possibility of an earlier core. It has two storeys and a three-cell plan. The structure is timber-framed and plastered, topped with a plaintiled roof. There is an axial chimney made of early 17th-century orange brick, along with an adjacent detached flue added in the later 17th century. On the north side, there are extensive 19th-century lean-to pantiled ranges featuring small-pane casements and a half-glazed panelled door. The south elevation and interior have not been examined.
