Description

This is a late 17th-century house that has undergone alterations in the 20th century. It is a timber-frame building with a brick plinth. The north-east gable was rebuilt in the 20th century using Fletton brick, and the roof is covered with concrete corrugated roofing tiles. The house is two storeys high. The south-east (front) elevation features a 18th-century plank door on the left and a very late 17th-century plank door on the right. To the left of each door is a 19th-century two-light casement window with glazing bars. The first floor has a former horizontal sliding sash window with 2/2 glazing bars and a two-light casement window. A ridge stack is located to the left of the centre of the roof. Attached to the south-west gable is a one-storey and attic timber-framed extension.
