Former farmhouse. C16. Timber framed and rendered, concrete-pantiled roof. 3-cell form. 2 storeys. Mainly mid C20 casement windows, those to ground floor with diamond-leaded glass. 2 original diamond-mullioned windows at first floor level, a further 2 opposite in rear wall. C20 gabled porch has side entrance with panelled door. Internal stack: C19 red brick shaft. Interior not examined.
