Description

Punchards Farmhouse is a farmhouse, probably dating from around 1600. It has two storeys and attics, featuring a three-cell lobby-entrance plan. The building is timber-framed and encased in mid-19th century red brick, with a plaintiled roof. There is an axial 17th century chimney made of red brick with a sawtooth shaft. The farmhouse has two 19th century gabled casement dormers and 2-light 19th century casements with cambered heads and leaded lights. A gabled entrance porch, likely from the 19th or 20th century, includes a panelled door. The interior has not been examined.
