Description

This barn, located 20 metres south-west of Gunn's Farmhouse, dates from the late 16th century and features five bays. It is constructed from timber framing and is weatherboarded, topped with a Roman pantiled roof. The timber framing is largely intact, showcasing close-studwork and a wind-braced clasped purlin roof. On the south-east side, there are several 19th-century lean-to additions made of red brick. At the time of the survey, the building was noted to be in poor condition.
