Description

Old Thatched House is a house that was later converted into two cottages, dating from the mid-16th century. It features a timber frame with plaster and a thatched roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with three windows that are 19th-century small pane casements. There is a flat-roofed porch and door added in the mid-20th century. Inside, there is a heavy internal stack over the doorway and a smaller internal stack on the left side. The first floor jetties out at the left gable end. The interior has been modernised but retains some exposed timbering.
