Description

Fishers Cottage is a former hall house dating from the early 16th century, which was remodeled around the 17th century when a floor was inserted. The building is timber framed and plastered, featuring weather boarded gables and a plain tile roof. There is an outshut on the west gable end. The cottage is one storey high and has an inserted chimney made of red brick. The windows are scattered and consist of 19th-century casements with glazing bars. The entrance door is boarded and has a 20th-century trellis porch.
