Description
No. 8 Queen's Road is a house built in the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The building is constructed from rendered and colourwashed brick, topped with a roof of black-glazed pantiles that features a rendered ridge stack on the left, which it shares with No. 6.
The exterior presents a two-storey, three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with glazed top panels. To the right, there is a passage doorway that provides access to No. 10. On the left side, there is a single 6/6 unhorned sash window set within a flush frame, with exposed boxes. All ground floor openings have segmental heads. The first floor features two 3/6 horned sash windows. The building is finished with a dentil eaves cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
