Description

Laundry Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse. It is timber framed and plastered with a slated roof. The house is two storeys high with an attic. Most of the windows are 19th-century 3-light casements, with metal glazing bars arranged in a diamond pattern. A dormer window is present on the south side, under a catslide roof. There is one internal stack, rebuilt in the 19th century, featuring three detached square flues set diagonally. Two mid-19th century extensions, constructed of red brick and with slated roofs, extend to the north and south. The north extension has a half-glazed door, while the south extension has a boarded door.
