Description
Cantfields Farmhouse is a 17th-century house that is timber framed and plastered, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range of 18th-century double-hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars at the west end and center, along with modern casements at the north end. It has a simple pediment doorcase and a 17th-century chimney stack, which was rebuilt in the 19th century. There is also a 19th-century chimney stack at the east end. The farmhouse consists of three bays and a chimney bay, with a 19th-century extension at the rear.
