Cherrytree Farmhouse is a 17th century house that is timber framed and plastered, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and features a four-window range with modern casements that include glazing bars. There is a 17th century red brick central chimney stack and an 18th century red brick chimney stack located at the east end.
