46 Newbiggen Street is a 17th-century house that is timber framed and plastered, topped with red plain tile roofs. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range with 18th-century double hung vertical sliding sashes that include glazing bars. There is an early 19th-century small bow window at the south end and a red brick chimney stack.
