Little Badcocks Farmhouse is a 17th century house that is timber framed, plastered, and clad in grey brick from the 19th century. It features a red plain tile hipped roof and stands two storeys tall. The facade has a two-window range with modern casements, and there are 19th century red brick chimney stacks along with red brick dressings on the facade.
