Description

Originally a single house, now two cottages, located on London Road in Wrentham. The structure has a 17th-century core with a facade dating to the mid-to-late 19th century. The original timber frame is entirely encased in 19th-century red brick, featuring a brick dentil eaves cornice. The roof is pantiled, with glazed black tiles facing the front. The building is two storeys high, with an attic, and consists of a two-cell layout. There are three windows featuring large-paned sash windows in flush frames, each with a flat brick arch. The doors were added in the mid-20th century. Two catslide dormers are present. An internal stack is also visible. Number 30 retains some exposed 17th-century timber framing and joists.
