Description

No. 28 Benhall Green is a house dated 1844, as indicated by the inscription on the brick above the door. The building features painted brick laid in 'rat trap' bond, with bricks set on edge, and has a pantiled roof. It stands two storeys high and has a two-window range, with 2-light casements that include small panes and segmental arches. The entrance has a modern half-glazed door. There is a brick eaves dentil cornice and a stack at one gable end. A flat-roofed extension from the mid-20th century is located at the rear.
