Description

A pair of houses dating from the late 16th century, with a later extension to the west. The houses are timber-framed and plastered, with a thatched roof, except for the rear slope of number 8, which is pantiled. They are single-storey with an attic. The front features a three-window range with three-light and four-light casement windows. Three eyebrow dormers are present, with the two on number 7 having square leaded panes. Number 7 has a six-panel door, and number 8 has a four-panel door. Number 7 has a brick gable end with two oval windows at first-floor level. There is one internal stack and one gable end stack on number 7. A brick lean-to extension has been added to the rear.
