Description

No. 59 New Street is a house dating from around 1800. It is constructed of painted brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, with a central six-panelled door that includes an overlight set within a moulded architrave. This architrave is supported by console brackets leading to an entablature, and the door has panelled rebates. The windows are 12-pane sash types, each with flat-arched gauged brick heads. There are gable end stacks on the roof.
