Description

Brook Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse constructed from red brick with a plain tiled roof. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring a four-window range with three-light casements and flat brick arches. The doorway is asymmetrical and includes plain pilasters, a frieze, and a pediment, with an inset six-panel door where the upper four panels are glazed. The building has a brick eaves modillion cornice and a brick and pantile extension on the left-hand side.
