Rawlings Cottages is a 17th-century cottage that is currently divided into two dwellings. The building has one and a half storeys and is constructed with a timber frame that is rendered, featuring a colour-washed brick gable on the east side and a roof covered with clay pantiles. Inside, there is a chimney stack made of old red brick with a plain shaft. The exterior includes one small-paned casement window with two lights, one old casement window with three lights and pintle hinges, and a small gabled dormer. The entrance is through a plank door.
