Pool Cottage is a 17th century building constructed with a timber frame and painted brick. It has one storey plus an attic and features two casement windows along with two gabled dormers. The cottage includes a brick stack and sprocket eaves, and it is covered with old tiles. There is a single-storeyed wing on the left-hand side.
