Description

LITTLE ST MARY'S 1. 5377 (West Side) Long Melford Twincott and Garage (occupied by Theobalds Coaches) TL 8645 21/563 II GV

  1. A C16-C17 timber-framed building with a cross wing at the north end. Entirely refronted in the C19. The main block is in red brick. 2 storeys. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The cross wing has a C19 shop front on the ground storey and the gable has ornamental bargeboards. Roofs tiled, with a large rectangular central chimneystack to the main block. 1 window on the 1st storey rises to a gabled half dormer.
