Description
The Principal's House at Chadacre Agricultural Institute is a late 18th century or early 19th century brick house that has modern additions at the rear and is now colour-washed. It stands two storeys tall and features a three-window range. The outer windows are leaded casements with semi-circular arched heads and Gothic tracery in the upper lights. Above the central doorway, there is a rectangular window. The roof is slate, and it has end chimney stacks.
