Description
No. 100 St Chad's Road is an early 19th-century detached house. It is built of light red brick and has two storeys with two windows, featuring two sash windows and one later casement window that has glazing bars. All the windows have channelled lintels. The ground storey windows do not have glazing bars on the lower sashes. The central doorway is topped with a rectangular fanlight and has a cornice hood supported by slender columns, along with a frieze that includes paterae. There are steps leading up to the entrance. The house has plain eaves and a slate roof.
