GV II A mid-late C19 grey gault brick front, possibly to an earlier building. 2 storeys. 3 window range, double-hung sashes without glazing bars, with stucco sills on stub brackets. The ground storey windows are 3-light. A central 4-panel door has a plain rectangular fanlight and a Tuscan portico with plain columns and a cornice. Roof slate. Included for group value.
