Description

Boshula and Peartree Cottage is a timber-framed house with medieval origins, which has been altered in the 16th century and later, and extensively renovated in the 20th century. Boshula is finished in cement and features 20th-century pantiles on the roof, which includes one gabled dormer. Peartree Cottage is weatherboarded and has a thatched roof with two sloping roofed dormers, also from the 20th century. The building is one storey high with attics and has a four-window range with small casements. There is one central chimney stack.
