Description

The Church of All Saints is a Grade I listed flint and stone church, primarily dating from the 15th century, with significant restorations carried out in the 19th century. The west tower has been rebuilt in brick at the top and features black brick diapering, along with a castellated parapet. The north porch is constructed of squared knapped flint and has been restored, while the original north door is a heavy boarded design, bevelled with fillets and nailed. Inside, the church boasts well-crafted moulded beams and joists in the aisle roofs, along with a carved cornice displaying various designs. Notably, there is a fine 17th-century two-tier octagonal pulpit. The church is recognized for its historical and topographical significance.
