  1. Cl8, 2 storey and attics (1 dormer). Late Cl8 plastered brick front with heavy carved modillion eaves cornice. 2 window range, flush frame sash with glazing bars. Roof tiled. 6-panel door with fielded upper panels and patterned fanlight in wood case. House and shop. (Modern shop front.)

Nos 1 to 3 (consec) with No 3 Old Market Place (West Side) form a group. Nos 1 to 7 (consec) Nos 9, 9A and No l0 form a group.
