Description
No. 3 North Street is an 18th-century building that stands three stories tall and features three windows. The exterior is finished in painted stucco and is topped with a slate roof. It has a modillion eaves cornice and flush frame sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor has been altered to accommodate a modern shop. This property, along with Nos. 1 to 3 and No. 3 Old Market Place, forms a group, as do Nos. 1 to 7 and Nos. 9, 9A, and 10.
