Description

Chapel Cottage is a cottage that dates from the 16th century or earlier, with later alterations and additions. It is timber framed and has parget plastering, topped with a thatched roof that is hipped to the left. There are red brick chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. The cottage has two storeys and attics, featuring three small paned casements on the first floor and five on the ground floor. A vertically boarded door is aligned with the left chimney stack, and there are two similar casements in the right return attic.
