No 17, also known as Pedlars Way, is a small timber-framed and plastered building with medieval origins that has undergone significant alterations and renovations. The roof is tiled, and the building has two storeys. The ground storey is faced in brick and features a two-window range of small casements. There is a tall internal chimney stack located at the front of the building.
