Description

This is a 16th- to 17th-century timber-framed and plastered building, originally two cottages and later converted into a single tenement. It is set back at the rear of Church Street in Lavenham. The roof is a mix of tiled sections and corrugated asbestos sheeting. The building is two storeys high and has casement windows, which are modern replacements. The interior features exposed ceiling beams.
