Capricorn is a small timber-framed and plastered building with 18th century external features, located on Polstead Mill Street. It has one storey and attics, featuring a two-window range of small casements. The roof is tiled and includes two gabled dormers on the front. Additionally, there is a small single-storey addition at the north end.
